9/18/2018 update is related to the addition of a 12 hour, 0700 – 1900 ALS ambulance needed every other day. Call volume has reached a point where another ALS level ambulance is needed.
|Two (2) PRN Paramedics to staff a 12 hour or 24 hour ambulance shifts. 12 hour pay range: $18.78 – $20.66 per hour depending on experience. 24 hour rate of pay is $13.00 – $14.30 per hour depending on experience.
South Howell has transfer incentive with double the hourly rate for any patient transport over 80 loaded miles.

|Billing||SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/BILLING SPECIALIST POSITION:
These positions are vital within the company for maintaining business operations; responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
|Business/Administrative Operations||Administrator position available|
|Wheelchair/Stretcher Van Operations||We’re anticipating an increase in our transport volume. To prepare for this we have immediate openings for two full-time drivers. Starting pay is $9.00 per hour. Excellent health insurance and benefit package. Must be 21 or older, have a clean driving record and pass an highway patrol fingerprint screening.
Summary of Duties: Transporting passengers who can walk, are wheelchair or stretcher-confined to and from medical related appointments. Must be able to: drive – sometimes long distances; use a mechanical lift, operate a cell phone and mapping software via Garmin; move/assist passengers to and from wheelchair/stretcher. |Emergency Communications (Emcomm) Operations||Summary of Duties: Receive and dispatch emergency/non-emergency ambulance calls. Receive and dispatch medical transport staff for scheduled medical appointments. Enter data for both into computer aided dispatch software. Dispatching involves use of phone, paging system, multiple computer screens and two way radio communication. Must be able to remain calm and speak clearly in emotionally tense situations as dispatchers will be giving pre-arrival instructions to the caller.
